Domaine du Pelican was founded in 2012 by Guillaume d'Angerville of the famous Volnay estate, Marquis d'Angerville. Located in Arbois, Jura, the domaine applies Burgundian winemaking techniques to Jura terroirs. The Chardonnay En Barbi is made in an 'ouille' (topped-up) style, offering a precise, mineral-driven wine with bright citrus, white flowers, and a beautifully textured palate.
