🏰news | features + short tasting note IN ENGLISH
François Raveneau's Chablis Valmur Grand Cru 2010 is a 【brilliant wine, consistently praised for its profound minerality, elegance, and remarkable aging potential, truly the beau ideal of Chablis】. The 2010 vintage in Chablis was excellent, producing wines with great depth and precision. This wine displays chalk dust and fusil notes, with alluring aromatic adjuncts of lemongrass, iris, gentian, and wintergreen, alongside mouthwatering suggestions of shrimp shell reduction and oyster liqueur. Expect a super-smooth, oily texture, with orchard fruit, excellent acidity, and a long finish majoring on mineral elements rather than fruit.
