🏰 The 2022 Burgundy vintage was marked by favorable climatic conditions, leading to harmonious grape maturity and excellent concentration of aromas. This Forey Pere & Fils Vosne Romanee, crafted from vines with significant age, including parcels planted in 1942, showcases the estate's pedigree. Expect a wine with a captivating bouquet of 【dark cherry, raspberry, and rose petal, intertwined with hints of clove and forest floor】. The palate is silky-smooth and fruit-forward, boasting pleasant acidity and a long, velvety finish with well-balanced oak, making it both approachable now and structured for aging.
🍴 This elegant red Burgundy is a fantastic match for gamey meats, such as roast duck or venison, braised pork, or a classic steak with red sauce. For a more adventurous pairing, consider Asian-style beef with onions or barbecued lamb chops.
🥂 Perfect for a special dinner, a gathering with fellow wine enthusiasts, or a celebratory meal where a refined and elegant red Burgundy is appreciated. Its structure also means it will reward those who choose to cellar it for a few more years.
