Clos De La Chapelle, Pommard Les Chanlins Vieille Vignes, 2021
🏰 The 2021 Clos de la Chapelle Pommard Les Chanlins Vieille Vignes is a 【classic, robust Pommard from impressive 80-year-old vines】, offering great aging potential alongside an accessible and supple palate. Despite the challenging 2021 vintage, this Pinot Noir showcases exceptional balance and a depth of fruit with remarkable purity. Expect good purity, strawberry fruit, medium acidity, and some slightly dry tannins, embodying the classic Pommard character.
🍴 This structured 布根地紅酒 is an ideal partner for hearty dishes such as roasted wild fowl and game, Boeuf Bourguignon, or Coq au Vin. It also pairs perfectly with stronger cheeses. For an Asian culinary adventure, consider a rich Cantonese braised pork belly or a flavorful Korean beef bulgogi.
🥂 With its robust character and aging potential, this wine is perfect for a celebratory meal, a gathering of serious wine enthusiasts, or for cellaring to enjoy its evolving complexity. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F).
