Château Montrose is a winery in the Saint-Estèphe appellation of the Bordeaux region of France. The wine produced here was classified as one of fourteen Deuxièmes Crus (Second Growths) in the original Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855.
Domaine Bart, located in Marsannay, currently owns 22 hectares of vineyards primarily centered around Marsannay. They produce 9 different single-vineyard Pinot Noir wines. Additionally, they have vineyards in Fixin, Santenay, as well as in the grand cru sites of Bonnes Mares and Chambertin-Clos-de-Bèze. Since 1982, the estate has been managed by the fifth generation, Martin and Odile Bart. Martin oversees vineyard management, while Odile serves as the administrative director. Pierre, Martin's nephew, joined the family estate in 2009 and is responsible for cellar operations.
