750ml

🏰 The 2021 vintage of Bastian Wolber's "Sous Le Cerisier" Rouge was crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from a unique, isolated garden in Sainte-Marie-Sur-Ouche. This particular plot is characterized by its stony, shallow soil.
This wine is described as mineral-driven with a more reductive quality compared to Bastian Wolber's other wines.
【Crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown in a unique, isolated garden in Sainte-Marie-Sur-Ouche, with stony, shallow soil, reflecting Bastian Wolber's artisanal approach to winemaking.】 The name "Sous Le Cerisier" (Under the Cherry Tree) charmingly refers to a nearby cherry tree in the garden. Bastian Wolber employs organic farming practices (in official conversion since 2025), with minimal extraction during winemaking. The wine is aged for 18-22 months in used barrels and bottled without fining or filtration, with no added SO2 since 2024. (It's worth noting that from 2023, the blend shifted to 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Gamay from a different vineyard, also with a cherry tree nearby).
🥂 This is a fascinating and unique natural wine, perfect for adventurous palates and those who appreciate artisanal 布根地. It's an excellent choice for intimate gatherings or for exploring the distinctive expressions of small-scale winemaking.
🍴 Food pairing suggestions include goat's cheese and roast chicken. It also pairs well with duck, goose, and other game birds.
