🏰Bouchard Pere & Fils Volnay Caillerets Ancienne Cuvee Carnot 1er Cru 2017 is a 【historic Volnay 1er Cru from a prestigious producer, offering elegance and complexity】. This vineyard has been owned by Bouchard since 1775, making it one of their oldest bottlings. The 2017 vintage in Burgundy produced structured and silky Pinot Noirs, with this wine already showing charming and expressive qualities. Expect a lavish bouquet of cassis, dried rose petals, plums, black cherries, and dark chocolate, with hints of earthiness and orange zest. The palate is medium to full-bodied, supple and satiny, with fine tannins, lively acids, and a precise, vibrant finish.
