Les Horees, Coteaux Bourguignons Mon Poulain, 2021
🏰The 2021 Burgundy vintage, though affected by lower yields, produced reds that are 【harmonious and elegant, showcasing fruitiness and freshness】. This Coteaux Bourguignons Mon Poulain embodies a classic Burgundian style with lower alcohol concentrations compared to previous vintages. Expect a delightful expression of light red fruits, vibrant acidity, and an easy-drinking character that makes it approachable even in its youth.
🍴 This versatile red pairs beautifully with a range of dishes, from casual charcuterie boards and grilled chicken to more substantial poultry dishes and light red meats. It's also a fantastic match for earthy mushroom-based dishes or even a classic coq au vin.
🥂 Perfect for a relaxed evening with friends, a casual dinner party, or as an everyday drinking wine that offers a true taste of Burgundy without the formality. It's also a great choice for a picnic or a summer barbecue.
