BACKGROUND
Romain Hénin is a rising star among the new generation of grower-producers in Champagne. Based in Aÿ, he is deeply committed to organic and biodynamic farming, working with minimal intervention to express the purity of his terroir. 'Le Gamin du Terroir' (The Kid of the Terroir) is a cuvée that reflects his energetic and natural approach. Typically a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier, it is a vibrant, low-dosage Champagne offering crisp orchard fruit, floral notes, and a distinct, chalky minerality.
