The vineyards are situated at high altitudes on limestone scree, farmed organically. 'Les Clapas' is a blend of Syrah, Carignan, and Grenache, reflecting the rugged, cool-climate terroir. It offers vibrant aromas of wild berries, garrigue, and peppery spice, with a fresh, energetic palate and fine tannins.
