Domaine Le Pas de l'Escalette is a highly regarded estate in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation of the Languedoc, founded by Julien Zernott and Delphine Rousseau. The vineyards are situated at high altitudes on limestone scree, farmed organically. 'Les Clapas' is a blend of Syrah, Carignan, and Grenache, reflecting the rugged, cool-climate terroir. It offers vibrant aromas of wild berries, garrigue, and peppery spice, with a fresh, energetic palate and fine tannins.
