🏰Domaine Lécheneaut Clos de la Roche Grand Cru 2015 is a 【highly acclaimed Burgundy Pinot Noir, known for its complexity, silky tannins, and remarkable aging potential】. The 2015 vintage in Burgundy was excellent, producing rich, concentrated, and well-structured wines. Tasting notes include complex aromas of ripe red fruits, black cherry, spicy notes, and delicate woody nuances. On the palate, it's well-structured with elegant and velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, persistent finish. This Grand Cru perfectly expresses the complexity and finesse characteristic of its terroir in Morey-Saint-Denis.
🍴Pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, game (duck, goose, venison, roasted woodcock with wild berries), herb-crusted rack of lamb, seared foie gras with red wine reduction, black Perigord truffle, and aged cheeses.
🥂An exceptional wine for a grand celebration, a formal dinner, or a significant gift for a serious Burgundy collector. Decanting for 1 to 2 hours is recommended for young wines to fully express their aromas.
