From the legendary Coche-Dury, this 2020 Auxey-Duresses offers a rare opportunity to experience 【the master's touch in a mineral-driven white Burgundy】. While Auxey-Duresses can be both red and white, Coche-Dury is celebrated for its exquisite Chardonnay. Expect a pale straw color with crystal clarity, leading to aromas of fresh almond, apple, biscuit, and distinctive gunflint minerality. Lively when young, it promises to gain fullness and fleshiness with age, always maintaining excellent aromatic persistence. The 2020 Burgundy vintage is noted for its ripe fruit and good acidity, providing a solid foundation for this wine's quality.
