Domaine Anne Gros et Jean-Paul Tollot is a collaborative project in the Minervois region of the Languedoc, founded by two highly respected Burgundy winemakers. They bring their Burgundian expertise to the South of France, crafting elegant and terroir-driven wines. 'La Ciaude' is a blend of Syrah, Carignan, and Grenache, offering a beautiful balance of ripe Mediterranean fruit, spice, and refined tannins.
