🏰 【A brilliantly performing and beautifully balanced Burgundy】, the 2019 Arnoux-Lachaux Chambolle-Musigny Village is a stunning example of the estate's continuous improvement and revolutionary viticulture. This vintage, from an intense growing season, offers an enticingly forward and floral bouquet with notions of raspberries, plums, peonies, potpourri, and warm spices, all from 100% whole-cluster vinification. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy, and enveloping on the palate, it presents a vibrant core of fruit, powdery tannins, and a long, resonant finish, showcasing an airy, energetic expression of red fruits with fine minerality.
🍴 This elegant Pinot Noir is versatile and pairs well with classic Burgundian dishes like coq au vin or beef bourguignon. It also complements roasted poultry, mushroom-based dishes, and soft, earthy cheeses.
🥂 Ideal for a special dinner or a gathering of Burgundy enthusiasts, this wine is hard to resist out of the gates but is also beautifully built to age, with a drinkable window extending to 2055.
