Perfect for a sophisticated seafood feast, a special anniversary, or a tasting focused on aged white Burgundies. It's a testament to the aging potential of top Chablis.
At 38 years old, this is a mature white wine. While Chablis Grand Cru can age beautifully, careful consideration of provenance and storage is crucial. Expect developed tertiary notes and pronounced minerality. Check the cork carefully before opening. Decant gently if needed to remove any potential sediment, but serve relatively quickly after opening to preserve its delicate freshness. Serve well-chilled (around 10-12°C).
