Château Montrose is a winery in the Saint-Estèphe appellation of the Bordeaux region of France. The wine produced here was classified as one of fourteen Deuxièmes Crus (Second Growths) in the original Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855.
Louis Latour (also known as Domaine Louis Latour) is a major négociant and wine producer in Burgundy, France. A majority of the wine portfolio is produced from the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine grape varieties. The Latour family have grown grapes as far back as the 17th Century in Aloxe-Corton. They acquired a 125 acre (50 ha) domaine and the Corton Grancey winery was built in 1834.
