🏰Coche-Dury's Meursault Caillerets 1er Cru is renowned for its exceptional quality and rarity, making it one of Burgundy's most sought-after white wines. The 2020 vintage, from a generally excellent year for white Burgundy, is expected to deliver a wine of profound depth and complexity, showcasing the unique terroir of Caillerets with its characteristic minerality and rich texture. Expect a wine with a vibrant acidity balancing its opulent fruit profile.
🍴 This prestigious white 布根地 (Burgundy) demands equally refined pairings. Think pan-seared scallops with a beurre blanc sauce, roasted turbot, or even a delicate Cantonese steamed fish with ginger and spring onion.
🥂 An ideal choice for a significant milestone celebration, a high-end wine tasting, or a very special intimate dinner where the wine is the star.
