BACKGROUND
Château Cambon la Pelouse is an intermediate-level wine estate located in the Haut-Médoc region. It is one of the oldest estates in the region, with a history dating back to the 17th century. Produces a variety of red wine brands. It was acquired by Australian wine giant Treasury Wine Estates in 2019. The vineyard covers an area of 35 hectares and is planted with 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot. The soil is composed of gravel, rock and stone.
