🏰Domaine Leroy Richebourg Grand Cru 1989 is an 【exceedingly rare and legendary wine, crafted by one of Burgundy's most revered producers, known for its profound intensity and longevity】. This 1989 vintage, now fully mature, offers a powerful yet elegant profile with notes of dark berries, exotic spices, and forest floor, evolving into complex tertiary aromas of leather, game, and dried flowers. The 1988 Richebourg is described as a savory and classic Pinot Noir, suggesting a similar profile for this exceptional 1989. Expect red fruit notes like cherry and raspberry, along with spices such as cinnamon and pepper, and delicate floral hints of lily.
🍴 This extraordinary Grand Cru is a perfect match for veal, game (deer, venison), duck, goose, and other game birds.
🥂 An extraordinary wine for a monumental celebration, a collector's tasting, or a truly unforgettable dining experience. Please be mindful of the delicate nature of older corks and capsules when opening.
