    莎普蒂爾酒莊（M. Chapoutier）創立於1808年，擁有羅訥河谷5個產區內175公頃的葡萄樹。莎普蒂爾酒莊的葡萄園遍及羅訥河谷到教皇新堡各個產區，擁有多個優質葡萄園，種植的主要葡萄品種有：西拉（Syrah）、歌海娜（Grenache）、瑪珊（Marsanne）、瑚珊（Roussanne）等。酒莊奉行“單品種”（即完全只用單一品種釀製葡萄酒），比如，莎普蒂爾羅第丘（Cote-Rotie）葡萄酒用的全是西拉，艾米達吉（Hermitage）白葡萄酒用的全部是瑪珊，而教皇新堡（Chateauneuf-du-Pape）葡萄酒全部用的是歌海娜。即便對於每個單一葡萄園產出的數量遠多於500箱左右的優質葡萄酒，莎普蒂爾酒莊一直在不懈地提高葡萄酒的質量標準。莎普蒂爾酒莊從1989年開始就採用生物動力耕種和釀造方法，目的是釀造最純粹，最接近天然風土條件的葡萄酒。葡萄栽培和釀製過程的每一個決定、每一個步驟都是為了增加葡萄酒的風土條件、品種特性和年份特性。該酒莊發酵時只採用野生酵母，並且在小橡木桶中釀製，酒莊最優質的紅葡萄酒和白葡萄酒在裝瓶前不再進行澄清和過濾。
