FEATURES
🏰 The 2020 Château Lynch Bages is an exceptional vintage, marked by extraordinary concentration and balance across the Médoc, promising remarkable depth and aging potential. This vintage also holds historical significance as it was the 【first to be vinified in the new state-of-the-art winery】 at Lynch Bages. It has been highly praised, even ranking as #3 in Wine Spectator's Top 100 of 2023. Expect a deep, inky ruby color with violet hints, characteristic of a great Pauillac vintage. The nose is deep and dark, with rich cassis and savory, earthy spices, complex and utterly compelling. On the palate, it offers a great attack with rich dark fruit and a mouth-coating of ripe, intense, velvety tannins. Piercing blackcurrant fruit cuts through savory oak spices with precision and power, leading to an exceptionally long and persistent finish. Notes of blackcurrant, hazelnut, lead-pencil, bold black fruits, coffee, spice, and graphite are also prominent.
