It has a pale lemon-straw color. The nose prances out with showy notes of baked pineapple, apricot compote, juicy mangoes, clover honey, marzipan, and lime leaves, with a hint of chalk. The palate is super-intense, with vibrant tropical fruit flavors and a racy line of freshness, finishing long and honey-laced. Other notes include tangerine peel, passionfruit, mint, and a kiss of new French oak. It's rich, lusciously textured, unctuous, and racy, showing well young and capable of aging for two decades.
